Loving your life isn’t about fixing everything around you. It’s about shifting how you see it - and choosing to take small, consistent steps toward perspective, emotional honesty, self-care, connection, and playful experimentation.


These 6 days explore the essential areas that make life feel rich and worth loving. Each day builds on the one before it, weaving a visible thread of awareness that connects your small shifts into a meaningful transformation you can see and feel that you can carry with you long after the course ends.


Here’s the path we’ll walk together - six steps that open different doors into loving your life:


  1. Awareness – Begin by noticing what is here, without judgment.
  2. Gratitude – Catch the small joys already woven into your life.
  3. Letting Go – Release the stories and weight that no longer serve you.
  4. Radical Honesty – Dare to look at the parts of yourself you keep in the dark.
  5. Relating – Look closely at how you present yourself to others and allow yourself to be authentic.
  6. Celebration & Integration – Gather all the threads of your journey, feel the excitement of what’s ahead, and say with a full heart: I love my life!



Starting today, you’ll receive one short, powerful prompt or practice each day - designed to reconnect you with your own truth.



Here’s what you’ll get each day:


  • Journal: answer a quick prompt with a few sharp questions.
     
  • Experiment: try one playful dare in real life.
     
  • Hold: carry one clear idea through your day.
     
  • Check-in: end with a brief night reflection.

Commitment Before You Begin

This course is for you - and only you.


The results you gain depend on your willingness to show up for yourself.


Before you start, pause and ask yourself:


Am I ready to devote 30 focused minutes a day for six days?


Am I ready to reflect on and complete the prompt before the end of the day?


Can I be honest in my journal - even when it gets messy?


If the answer is a FULL YES,

A Little Invitation for a Deeper Experience

If you’d like to make this journey more meaningful, set apart from your usual scroll-and-go, here’s a gentle suggestion. 


  • When writing your prompts, try sitting in a place where you don’t usually sit.
    Not your bed. Not your work desk.
    Find a quiet spot that feels fresh and slightly unfamiliar: A corner. A windowsill. A blanket on the ground. Let it feel like you’ve arrived.


  • Consider pouring yourself a cup of tea or warm water with lemon.


  • Light a candle if that feels nourishing.


  • Wear something soft.


  • Silence your phone.


  • Grab a notebook you enjoy writing in.


  • To take this course, use your computer instead of your phone. 



None of this is required. 

However, if you want to connect with yourself here truly, these small rituals can help you drop in more fully.

Let this be your time. Your space. Your mirror.
